Ceeco Machinery Manufacturing Limited supplies a complete range of horizontal twinners to suit requirements for production of Telecom and Data pairs. The twinners are designed to accommodate takeup reels with diameters, 400mm (16 in) , 510mm (20 in), 560mm (22 in) and 610mm (24 in).
High speed twinners are ideal for the manufacturing shield and unshielded pairs up to 5.0mm (0.20 in) diameter with the bow speed of up to 2500 RPM (5000 TPM) and line speeds of up to 600 m/min (2000 ft/min). A digital drive package ensures precise lay control of the finished pair. |
